Aims and Scope

The journal “Известия Российской академии наук. Энергетика / Bulletin of the Russian Academy of Sciences. Energetics” is a peer-reviewed academic journal devoted to a wide range of fundamental scientific issues related to the development of energy as the technical basis of civilization.

The journal “Известия Российской академии наук. Энергетика / Bulletin of the Russian Academy of Sciences. Energetics” publishes articles on issues related to the development of Russia's energy sector, its fuel and energy complex, and energy engineering, as well as articles on issues related to global, general, nuclear, and space energy, the economics and ecology of energy, energy policy, electric power engineering and electrical engineering, thermal power engineering and thermal engineering, hydropower and hydraulic engineering, thermophysics, and electrophysics. A large part of the journal's content is devoted to issues related to the regulation and control of power plants, power systems, and their combinations, their mathematical and physical modeling for research and development of control systems for steady-state and transient processes, and issues related to the reliable and safe operation of power plants and systems. The journal's audience includes scientists and university professors, students, and postgraduate students.
